Olympus Italia s.r.l., a subsidiary of the Greek multinational of the same name and a leading company in the production and distribution of high-quality dairy products, is seeking a Junior Key Account for a Full-Time position.
Joining our commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Italian market for assigned accounts and clients.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
* Manage and develop mass retail (GDO - Grande Distribuzione Organizzata) channels and wholesale clients.
* Plan and implement commercial strategies and promotional plans.
* Expand the client portfolio through business development activities across the national territory.
* Negotiate and sell the product catalog, ensuring company targets are met.
* Manage daily and strategic relationships with Buyers from major retail chains.
The Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
* Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for the fresh consumer goods sector (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods - FMCG).
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Gastronomic Sciences, or related fields.
* Languages: Fluent knowledge of English (language proficiency will be tested during the interview due to constant communication with headquarters).
* Digital Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, proactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
