Focused on the regions of Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, and Sicily, he/she will use his/her knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostic industry, influencing skills, and Key Opinion Leader connections to develop and implement profitable initiatives and expand our IVD business in this area. /p pThis position is part of our outstanding Italian IVD Sales Team, will report to the National Sales Manager, and is fully remote. Join us and accelerate your career! /p h3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3 ul liDrive and grow sales in the region in full compliance with company policies and values. /li liAnalyze market trends and expand commercial opportunities in the region. /li liDefine and achieve sales targets, monitoring KPIs and results. /li liAnalyze market trends to develop business plans and strategies aimed at increasing sales, market share, and profitability. /li liManage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographic area. /li liConduct regular visits to customers and KOLs to strengthen business relations. /li liCoordinate, support, and train the sales network. /li liManage complex negotiations. /li liParticipate in the full sales cycle, collaborating closely with company assets: Tender Sales Administration, Marketing, Lab Solution, Customer Care. /li liPrepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and activities carried out. /li /ul h3The Essential Requirements For The Role Include /h3 ul liDegree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or CTF. /li liFive years of experience in sales of IVD laboratory instruments or in a similar field. /li liClear understanding of complex tenders in both the public and private sectors. /li liFluent Italian and excellent English. /li liStrong PC skills and experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.com. /li liWillingness to travel to visit public and private hospitals and laboratories. /li /ul pJoin our winning team today.
