With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic partnerships: development and roll-out of joint business plans with key accounts, focusing on sell-in and sell-out strategies /li liNegotiation and agreements: lead commercial negotiations, securing optimal and compliant terms while maintaining strong customer focus /li liPlanning and forecasting: provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor performance of revenues and market share /li liCross-functional collaboration: with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of business strategies /li liImplement Key Account Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships. /li liImplement and execute high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients /li liImplement and execute Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations /li liContributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account Client Management programs and policies to retain and expand current customer relationships /li liCollaborate on industry-specific relationship management activities and enabling the orchestration of customer-facing roles /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul lib2 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management /b /li liProven track record of managing and strengthening client relationships. /li liAbility to persuade and sell a lesser-known product, brand, or service /li liExperience in customer service and issue resolution. /li liExperience in preparing proposals and quotations. /li liTechnical proficiency in data governance tools and Office pack proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li liMaster's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field /li /ul h3What we offer in return /h3 pIf you're looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic market, this position is perfect for you.
