Role OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated campaigns that grow awareness, demand, and pipeline. The role spans content, channel, and brand — turning marketing strategy into shipped campaigns that move metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Manage content production, including briefs, distribution, and performance review
* Partner with sales to define ICP and align campaigns to pipeline goals
* Own marketing budget tracking, vendor relationships, and ROI reporting
* Manage agencies, freelancers, and contractors as needed
* Track campaign performance and report on outcomes to leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years in B2B or B2C marketing, ideally with campaign ownership
* Strong project management and ability to run several campaigns in parallel
* Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, GA4)
* Excellent written communication and an eye for brand consistency
* Comfort with budget ownership and performance accountability
* Working knowledge of paid, organic, content, and lifecycle marketing
