OverviewAs a Product & Solution Architect at RGI, you will play a key role in shaping the architectural and engineering direction of our insurance platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration within our clients' application landscapes. This is a role for someone who combines strong architectural vision with hands‐on technical credibility, and who is comfortable operating across product and delivery contexts.Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype architectural solutions across the full application stackDefine integration patterns and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principlesDrive architectural consistency across business lines and delivery projectsEstablish and evolve development and integration best practicesProvide architectural and engineering guidance and support delivery teams and IT servicesEnsure security-by-design principles, in line with OWASP guidelinesContribute to architectural governance and long‐term platform evolution
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience leading architectural initiatives or technical project teamsProven contribution to the implementation of complex software solutionsExperience in structured environments or service companiesKnowledge of the insurance or banking sector is a plus
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns and SOLID principlesProven experience in defining architectural and application solutionsExperience designing secure systems (OWASP guidelines)Experience delivering projects on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and core components provided by them (AWS: ALB, EKS, EFS, ECR...; Azure: AKS, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Files, ACR, ...)Proven experience on Kubernetes based systemsStrong knowledge of Java / JavaEE, Quarkus, Bash, helmStrong knowledge of Observability stacks (Opentelemetry, ELK, Signoz, Dynatrace, ...)Solid experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI / AsyncAPI and web servicesGood knowledge of SQL, DMBS and NoSql DBGood knowledge of message system (Kafka, MQ Series)Good knowledge of major middleware components (application servers, redis, load balancers, proxy/reverse proxy, http servers)Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and Angular frameworksGood knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
