In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.\n💼\n*ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**\n:\nAs a\n*Sales Manager**\nfor the Italian market, you will be responsible for\n*Growing the Client Portfolio:**Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).*Selling the Company’s Solutions:**Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.Close deals and meet sales targets.*Collaborating with Internal Teams**\n:\nWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.*Representing the Company at Industry Events**\n:\nAttend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.\n👨‍💼\n*PROFILE SOUGHT**\n:\nDesired experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the hospitality sector.Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
