As a member of this team you will work in close contact with lenders, shareholders and managers at all levels, helping to support clients in corporate finance transactions using digital tools and technology in your day‑to‑day work. /p pJoin our team in bFlorence /b where you will gain experience supporting shareholders and management of client companies in solving complex business challenges, from the definition of strategy to the execution of value creation initiatives, with focus on the Pre‑Deal Business/Operational Due Diligence, Business Planning and Post‑Deal Integration phases. /p ul liBusiness Strategic Planning: You’ll work alongside C‑level executives to assess the business in a short time framework and define/quantify improvement actions to present to investors and stakeholders; /li liBusiness Commercial Due Diligence: You’ll analyze business dynamics, market, and competition for potential targets, working with private equity funds and other buyers; /li liIdentification and review of synergies both in a pre and post deal phase.
