WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

We'll train you in all aspects of luxury front-of-house operations, from Opera Cloud to LQA and Forbes standards.
You'll gain confidence in guest service, concierge know-how, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
But most of all, you'll learn what it means to create magic — with a team that's just as passionate as you are.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a luxury hotel front office or concierge role
Fluency in Italian and English is essential; another language is a bonus
Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is ideal
You're warm, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoy helping others
You're open, adaptable, and ready to dive into the exciting energy of a pre-opening
You're hungry to learn and happy to teach
