This is a field-based role covering Milan and the Lombardy region, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. /ph3The role /h3ulliPromote and sell a portfolio of well-established dental products directly to dental practices. /liliDeliver multiple high-quality customer visits per day, building strong, long-term professional relationships. /liliImplement call strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets. /liliProvide hands-on product training and education to dentists. /liliActively participate in key dental congresses, exhibitions, and workshops. /liliCollaborate closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in marketing and management. /liliContribute at regular sales meetings in Italy and across EMEA (English required for the latter). /li /ulh3The profile /h3ulli5–6 years’ experience as a dental sales representative; experience with leading brands /liliStrong selling and communication skills, with proven sales achievements. /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and ability to manage territory effectively. /liliOrganised and structured, able to plan customer visits and deliver training sessions confidently. /liliDegree in pharmacy or equivalent background preferred. /liliDriving licence required. /liliMS Office proficiency. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
