Main activities The Resource, in support of the President and Director, will carry out the following activities: Plan appointments, meetings, presentations, visits and travel and support the preparation of their contents; Monitor deadlines adequately in advance; Draft documentation, texts and presentations; Participate in staff and board meetings and prepare minutes; Draw up reports, statistics and corporate communications; Organize trips in Italy and abroad for the President and Director; Support the organization and management of private events held in the organisation's spaces as well as meetings, assemblies, corporate events and meetings. Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves Culture at Degree level; Consolidated experience in Senior Management Assistant/Secretary positions in structured entities; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and Power Point; Passion for writing and habit of drafting texts; Preferential/Nice to have Result orientation and problem solving skills; Strong communication skills;
