The Sales Development Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the assigned region. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and expanding EFI's dominant Inkjet position, achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual quota objectives, and developing and executing Major account strategies.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives.
* Maintain and expand EFI's dominant Inkjet position in the region through proactive prospecting activities and relationship-building.
* Prepare professional proposals to address specific customer requirements, leveraging your expertise in high-value capital goods and services.
* Maximize all leads and opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.
* Develop and execute Major account strategies to drive long-term revenue growth and maintain 100% customer satisfaction management.
Requirements
* Proven track record of successful sales performance in high-value capital goods and services, preferably in the Digital Printing Market.
* Capability to leverage relations and knowledge of accounts to drive business growth.
* Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactiveness and autonomy to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization.
