You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions.You will be required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and be responsible for taking ownership of the relationships and developing them further. The Account Manager is required negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.The areas of spend under management with this Life Sciences client are Technical 2D and 3D Print.This role operates on a blended basis between home, Client site(s) and HH Global local office.Please submit your CV / Resume in English.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical input and advice on Print projects as requiredTake briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finishProduce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledgeBrief suppliers on client requirementsDeliver a high level of customer serviceMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on timeImplement new methods and procedures as requiredWork as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reportingWork with Marketing to identify new business opportunitiesAgree and manage budgets, invoicing and P&Ls; — ensure profit is maximized through analysis of performanceDeliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs — manage and monitor objectives to meet key business driversEnsure compliance with Regulatory and Company policiesMeasure customer satisfaction and take appropriate actionKnowledge, Skills + ExperienceAccount Management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)Previous experience working in the Print industry is essential, ideally 2D + 3D PrintExperience in a client facing role is essentialExperience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign Print / Digital solutions is preferredExperience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferredNumerate with a strong commercial understandingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong time management and prioritization skillsHas a high level of technical Print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniquesIs professional, courteous and calm under pressureProcess driven, with an eye to sales and business developmentAble to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectationsWe thank all applicants for their interest in a career with us.
