What will you take care of?
As part of the Graduate Specialist Program for Junior Sales Engineers at Linear Technologies, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will participate in a blended training program to enhance your technical skills and cross-functional competencies, including sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes.
You will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle through local training and international plant and headquarters experiences, building a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Helping shape the future: Develop new markets by identifying and approaching untapped customers, supporting the expansion and strengthening of our sales network to enhance competitiveness and growth in the LT segment.
2. Experiencing cooperation: Collaborate with local sales teams and international colleagues, sharing insights and best practices.
3. Using creativity and development opportunities: Deepen your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions. Participate in industry events and trade fairs to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.
What distinguishes you?
Education & Language Skills:
* University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
* English proficiency at minimum B1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form with international teams and headquarters.
