As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the country, which contributes to our regional success. Reporting to the Sales Director/Associate Sales Director and working in partnership with the team to identify and seize new business opportunities, engaging with clients at a strategic level to showcase our unique value propositions. What You'll Do:A Day in the Life of a Business Development ManagerEvery day is a thrilling quest to seal the deal and build lasting connections! You'll cultivate and nurture long‐lasting relationships with current, new, and potential clients whilst flexing your organization skills to under promise and over deliver. You'll be on the front lines, to close your deals activated through cultivation. With a dedicated support team around you and training tools, templates and industry leading professionals, we enable you to be responsible and accountable for your own success.Pipeline Pioneer: You'll be identifying and building a robust pipeline, exploring familiar territories while bravely venturing into new markets. Brand Ambassador: Attend industry events, network, and showcase your professionalism.
