Help us actively shape our success story. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of our sales activities in the German hospitality market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across Germany. /p pThis is a hands‑on role with high autonomy and direct impact. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the full sales cycle for the German hospitality market (prospecting → demo → closing) /li liUsing Sales Methodology like MEDDIC or BANT method /li liBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups /li liConduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to customer needs /li liDevelop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers (GM, IT, Operations, Marketing) /li liWork closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partnerships /li liProvide structured feedback from the market to Product Leadership /li liRepresent Guestnet at industry events, trade fairs, and partner meetings /li liIdentification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups) /li liExecution of multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) /li liQualification of inbound leads and scheduling of discovery calls and product demos /li liMaintenance and continuous improvement of CRM data quality (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) /li liCollaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks /li liStructured feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions /li liActive contribution to a high‑performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally within a startup or scale‑up /li liComfortable working in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment /li liProven experience selling to individual hotels as well as enterprise hotel chains, particularly in the Italian market /li liStrong entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build and shape, not just execute /li liConfident navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements /li liProven track record in closing mid‑market or enterprise customers /li li“Can do” Attitude and team work /li liDeep understanding of consultative sales and solution selling /li liSelf‑driven, hands‑on mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills /li liStrong KPI‑ and target‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement /li liFluent German and English (written and spoken), Italian would be a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA key role in scaling a fast‑growing SaaS company in hospitality /li liHigh degree of autonomy and trust /li liDirect impact on product and go‑to‑market decisions /li liCompetitive salary with performance‑based commission /liliFlexible working setup (remote‑friendly) /li liA young, international, and highly motivated team /li liClear growth path as Guestnet expands across Europe /li liThe opportunity to actively shape a product that is defining the future of hospitality /li /ul pSounds exciting? /p pIf you enjoy building something from the ground up, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to make a real impact in the hospitality world, we look forward to receiving your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
