Adecco Financial Services are looking for a reliable, well-organized person with good communication skills to support the Registrar's Office. The role involves administrative tasks related mainly to workshop admissions, as well as general support for the school's programs and offices. Main responsibilities: Responding to workshop course applications and managing student communications (email / phone) Assisting teachers and students during courses Coordinating museum visits and housing requests Supporting finance-related tasks (invoicing, payment tracking, cancellations) Maintaining student records and databases Assisting with daily office needs (emails, calls, events, student support) Essential Skills & qualities: Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Word and Excel Prior experience in a busy office/admin environment Experience in academic or international environments is appreciated but not essential Attention to detail and ability to work independently Team-oriented, proactive, discreet Must have permits/ability to work in Italy/EU OFFER Fixed-term contract of one year 1350,00euro per month Working hours: 8.30/14.30 Workplace: Firenze ( zona Sud ) Disponibilita oraria: Part Time mattino
