Experteer Overview
As a Global Category Manager, you will shape and execute strategic supplier and category sourcing programmes to optimize global spend. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural context, leading high-impact negotiations and managing key international stakeholder relationships. Your impact lies in cost optimization, cross-divisional alignment, and driving value through strategic sourcing and SRM. This role offers the chance to influence procurement strategy at scale within ATS’s global business.

* Develop and govern category procurement strategies to support long-term growth
* Own and optimize total global spend for assigned material categories using data-driven benchmarks
* Evaluate, approve, and manage relationships with global vendors in line with ATS objectives and ethics
* Lead framework agreement negotiations including pricing, terms, discounts, and rebates across complex projects
* Collaborate with ATS divisions to tailor category strategies per divisional needs
* Contribute to cost‑saving workshops and participate in VAVE initiatives with cross-functional teams
* Serve as primary contact for complex supply chain issues and drive issue resolution
Responsabilità
* University degree in Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent
* 5–8 years of strategic sourcing and project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
* Advanced data analytics capability with ERP-derived datasets and strong Excel skills
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities across levels in a multidisciplinary setup
