About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
* Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
* Research and develop new customers and business segments.
* Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
* Handle customer issues effectively.
* Meet sales targets (booking/billing).
* Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
* Collaborate with regional or global teams to achieve objectives.
* Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Education Background / Major
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience (Ideal)
2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Knowledge (Ideal)
Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.
Abilities / Qualities
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with the ability to identify new opportunities.
Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
Skills / Certifications
* Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
