JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sehlke Consulting is seeking qualified candidates to provide program management, help desk, and training support for the Navy ERP and associated feeder systems. Navy ERP is the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) GL system. The ideal candidate will have operational experience performing tasks within the Navy ERP systems and associated feeders. Experience with the Navy's Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), Work Year Personnel Costs System (WYPC), STARS-FL, Navy SABRS, CFMS-C, Defense Civilian Personnel Database System (DCPDS), SLDCADA, Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS), SPS, IRAPT, and EFD (or similar systems) are preferred.
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
• Directly support assigned BSO's or MSC's with migration support to include data cleansing and creation and interpretation of data crosswalks.
• Collaborate with interface partners to deconflict interface issues.
• Receive and interpret Navy ERP release notifications and provide recommendations and feedback to client.
• Provide over the shoulder training on the activated Navy ERP Modules.
• Provide assistance in the crafting of command financial reports.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and Job Aid's.
• Provide functional Navy ERP knowledge and support
• Support the integration of new system capabilities
• Support root cause analysis reports as needed or as requested by the customer
• Participate in direct meetings with customers as required
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: SECRET
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (specialized experience will be evaluated in lieu of bachelor's degree)
Waiverable/Substitutable: A degree may be substituted with additional years of relevant work experience or certification.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred: Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM), Certified Government Financial Management (CGFM),
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years' experience.
SYSTEM SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates possessing functional experience with the following systems in addition to Navy ERP will be given weighted prioritization:
o CFMS-C – experience performing tasks in all modules
o IRAPT – experience processing Misc. Payments and performing contractual receipt and acceptance
* Other functional system experience desired are:
o SLDCADA
o Work Year Personnel Costs System (WYPC)
o STARS-FL
o Navy SABRS
o Defense Civilian Personnel Database System (DCPDS)
o Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS)
