Who We're Looking For
For the opening of our new store in Turin, we are looking for a seasoned Store Manager who can guide the team and play a key role in driving the store's performance and development.
Key Responsabilities
* Lead and foster the the team, promoting a supportive and cooperative workplace atmosphere;
* Drive the achievement of sales goals and support the store's overall performance;
* Manage the customer journey, ensuring outstanding service that reflects the brand's identity and standards;
* Oversee cash register processes, back-office duties, and all administrative functions within the store;
* Collaborate with visual and marketing departments to ensure the store consistently meets brand guidelines;
* Analyze sales performance and pinpoint areas for commercial improvement and growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
* Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in premium or luxury fashion;
* Solid leadership abilities with strong organizational and team-coordination skills;
* A customer-focused approach paired with a true enthusiasm for the retail fashion industry;
* Fluent in English.
