He/She will be responsible of NOW Website property, with the aim of maximizing media and digital efforts, from Funnel UX/UI optimization, Conversion Rate ownership, Strategic E-commerce roadmap definition and qualitative and quantitative KPIs Reporting. The role reports directly into the Digital Marketing Manager within the Trading & Operations Italian unit and is responsible to set the future direction of the E-commerce strategy, working closely to the UK team. The role will have the following key responsibilities: - Coordination of the E-commerce team for all operational activities - Define the E-commerce Strategy in order to guarantee the Conversion Rate Optimisation - improving the Acquisition Funnel and enhancing website usability to deliver the best performing User Experience on nowtv.it - Prospect behaviour analysis through quantitative and qualitative research (Analytics, A/B testing, Heatmaps, Session Recordings, User Test) to continuously spot new opportunities of performance improvement - E-commerce KPIs monitoring (traffic, conversion rate) - report on WEB performance in regards to quarterly trends and targets - Plan and analyze the on-site Customer Journey during key acquisition campaigns to maximize return on media paid initiatives - Develop and implement ad-hoc E-commerce projects and measure long-term impacts on performance through the relevant analytics tools - Definition of the E-commerce Editorial roadmap in alignment with the guidelines of Marketing and Communication Team to guarantee a relevant journey for our prospects - Responsible for the maintenance of the website and therefore supervising the correct upload of the editorial content of the site, promotions, the creation of landing pages, the proper functioning of the A/B Tests - Work together with the Product Team to define the roadmap for the development of new capabilities on the site and the consequent test in UAT for the release and eventual opening of tickets on Jira for bugs Desired Skills and Experience: - 5 years minimum experience in E-commerce, merchandizing and optimisation - In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare) and A/B Testing tools (Dynamic Yield) - Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems (es. Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Magento) - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Understanding of UX principles - Understanding of HTML and CSS It's a maternity leave replacement. Why wait?
