Then you might be interested in a role as Marketing Analyst & Sales support and become part of our team in Milan.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Marketing Analyst you contribute to IFF business by partnering with the local commercial team and regional marketing team to generate local category market intelligence and to develop marketing materials for customer projects and presentations / events.As Sales support you will work closely with Account Managers helping them to manage customer's relation, support to prepare presentations (Powerpoint), co-coordinating customer visits / workshops, assisting with all requests from Customers.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you have a creative and commercial mindset. You will also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESCategory marketing intelligence: generate, update and share regional / local category market intelligence (category / country market reviews, track and report new launches etc)Contribute to the development of customer presentations by supplying market intelligence, create specific slides.Customer presentation support, logistics & samples: Set up meeting room and organize samples.Support to prepare presentations (Powerpoint)Co-coordinating customer visits / workshopsAssisting with all requests from Customers, including :Document requestsLoading of Sample requests into systems and communicating shipment details to customerDispatching market-related information received electronically to account managersREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEUniversity Degree or equivalent; Preferably Degree in MarketingYou have at least 1-2 years of minimum experience in development marketing, ideally in a perfume houseA passion for the Fragrance IndustryAutonomous, creative and proactive, you adapt quicklyTeamwork skills / Ability to work well with cross disciplinary teamsCustomer FocusGood interpersonal skillsHigh energy & agility : high work volume / pressureProactive initiativeLanguages: English and Italian.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
