Are you a strategic sales leader passionate about engineering services? Weâre looking for a Sales Manager â South & East Europe to drive growth in Italy, France, Spain, and surrounding regions. Youâll lead a highâperforming sales team, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver valueâdriven solutions.

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
* Set and achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets, ensuring consistent delivery.
* Lead, coach, and empower the sales network â combining goalâoriented management with personal development and continuous improvement.
* Manage relationships with key customers, driving strategic agreements and longâterm partnerships.
* Support the sales team in account management, providing guidance, tools, and frameworks for consistent performance.
* Oversee commercial initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment between customer needs and team execution.
* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to launch new offerings and drive crossâselling.
* Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance via CRM tools.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
đ What weâre looking for
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 7â10 years of sales experience in engineering or technical b2b services, with team leadership and regional growth achievements.
* Proven track record in developing strategic sales plans and exceeding targets.
* Leadership style balancing performance management with coaching and people development.
* Strong technical understanding to translate engineering solutions into commercial value.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipâbuilding skills.
* Analytical, dataâdriven mindset; comfortable with KPIs and forecasting.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Willingness to attend meetings or work onâsite at Intertek offices or client locations, when necessary.
