To strengthen our global Digital Business Developmentteam, we are looking for a Global E-commerce Specialist / Expert. This global role enables and empowers local/marketoperative management and execution of digital sales channels, to pursue a trueomnichannel approach and achievement of the business results across all channels.
Our purpose isto globally develop, scale and empower the digital and digitally enabledbusinesses and relationships of our sales and marketing organization viascalable, sustainable and profitablesolutions. In the global Digital Commerce and Merchandising service, we ensure consistent brand visibility andavailability in all relevant digital channels by constantly creating, improving and optimizing the variousdigital shelves via persona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizinggrowth options and financial viability.
YOURTASKS
1. Deploying the global Digital Commerce& Merchandising roadmap, developing best practices and guidelines for local markets for successful end-to-end into marketexecution
2. Support local market successful execution by implementing best practice andguidelines (e.g. sales & merchandising plan,business review,budget/forecast/KPIs,JBPs,etc)
3. Actively assist local markets in achieving business objectives in e-commercechannels (marketplace, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce,social commerce)
4. Collaborate with globalteams to ensure maximum support for local/market teams to enhance local channelmanagement and execution. Maximum exploitation of the digital sales tools andplatforms (e.g. own e-commerce, syndication, …) and the respectivefunctionalities/features to guarantee ROI and adoption
5. Projectmanagement of initiatives implementation to evolve existing digital commerceand Merchandising activities
6. Operatively setup and drive global channel management (e.g. Alibaba.com) as well as assist on accountsmanagement(ecommerce platforms and marketplaces)
YOUR PROFILE
7. Economicsdegree
8. 3+ yearsexperience in similar roles (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail arestrong advantage)
9. Commerciallydriven, solution oriented and data-driven
10. Sales, Operations and Online channel management knowledge and experience
11. Strong personality, proactive andwith good organizational skills
12. Highlycommitted talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus
