For one of our schools in Napoli Via dei Mille 65, we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

• A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well organized with good time management skills.
• Flexibility with work hours and availability.

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school.

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l’impiego.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.
• A team player: if you’ve played on a team, you’ll fit right in.

• Fixed‑term until 31.12.
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 14h per week).
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Start in September.
