PpThe Pierre Fabre Group, of the Pierre Fabre Foundation, is a global company with a unique position: the alliance of pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic expertise. /p ul liA pharmaceutical group with a strong positioning: medical and natural /li liThe second largest dermocosmetic laboratory in the world /li liThe second largest French private pharmaceutical group /li liMarket leader in France for products sold without a prescription in pharmacies. /li /ul pBelonging to the bPharmaceutical Subsidiary /b, bOncology Marketing Department /b – is looking for a /p h3Senior Brand Manager Oncology /h3 h3Your Mission /h3 pDevelop, propose and implement the annual Marketing plan for the products under its own responsibility, defined by Global Marketing and local BUD, to increase sales and profitability. /p pCoordinate the synergy between Marketing and Field by promoting the implementation of the strategy and its follow-up /p ul liParticipate in the development of the Oncology Franchise /li liOrganize intelligence on competition and local market studies. /li liWith the relevant Global departments, consolidate and communicate the specific information on their market that is relevant for international competitive intelligence. /li liDesign the local marketing plan by channel/targets and ensure it is applied; in accordance with the defined objectives, arbitrate to ensure coherence with the global objectives. /li liLead cross-functional teams from conception all the way through to launch for each of the phases and elements of the product ensuring coordination between design, engineering, quality management systems and data teams so that the final product meets all clinical and engagement goals. /li liReview of promotional materials /li liValidate the marketing tools that are required to achieve objectives, if needed by breaking down the targets (networks, KOLs, ...) in accordance with the brand/product strategies and by integrating budgetary and regulatory constraints. /li liIn collaboration with the other departments involved, manage the National Conferences and Congress, prepare the related budget and participate therein. /li liAnalyze the results of the marketing campaign and the effectiveness of the tools used. /liliFollow up on the return on investment of the actions undertaken, establish potential corrective actions and define new orientations. /li liEstablish and ensure compliance /li liFollow up on sales forecasts for product ranges (as well as the promotional tools). /li liAnalyze the profitability of sales for the entire geographic area and monitor the implementation of selected actions. /li liLeading the discovery, design and development of Digital Solutions. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education: /h3 pMaster’s level (five years of post-secondary education: scientific) /p h3Experience: /h3 ul liAt least 5 years in marketing and product communication in specific area (preferring in oncology) /li liGood knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and local regulatory environment /li liKnowledge of the local rules and laws in terms of medical information and distribution of promotional material (PV, QA, Medical Information) /li /ul h3Personal Skills: /h3 ul liOpen-minded and curious /li liAbility to analyze /li liResults-oriented /li liStrategic vision /li liAbility to lead and develop a Brand Team /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
