Job SummaryTo manage properly all the activities related to the Barman Position.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Enjoy being part of a team.
Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Great communication skills and desire to develop and progress in your role.
Good stress management and organizational skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
