Job Opening: Store Manager We are seeking a Store Manager for a major retail chain in the GDO sector. The selected candidate will be directly employed under a permanent contract and will be responsible for all aspects of store management, following specific directives and commercial guidelines from the corporate structure. Responsibilities include: Commercial Management: Ensuring proper product presence and display (layout, displays, labels, prices, etc.), opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, maintenance, and optimal stock management through order handling with the warehouse. Accounting and Administrative Management: Safeguarding assets (cash, safe, continuous cash register, receipts, merchandise, equipment, etc.), compliance with health and safety regulations regarding product handling and display, maintaining and archiving all necessary financial and legal documentation, and adhering to fire prevention and safety laws. Personnel Management: Overseeing staff organization (workload distribution, shifts, permissions, holidays), motivating staff, and enhancing productivity.
