Hill Robinson Limited is seeking a Sole Chef for a private/charter 30m sailing yacht in Italy. The successful candidate will create delicious Mediterranean cuisine for a crew of four and occasional guests. This is a permanent role with an ASAP start date.
Applicants must have at least one year of cooking experience on sailing yachts and a passion for fresh, healthy ingredients. Experience with provisioning and managing a small galley is required. STCW and Food Hygiene certifications are essential.
