Job Purpose: Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio Responsibilities: Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in \"intelligent project fishing\" In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs) Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information Knowledge Skills a
