Our Product Management department is looking for a Product Specialist who will have to deal with market studies, competitor benchmarking and analysis of customer requests, to identify new potential products to be developed and generate a detailed plan for the latter. It will also have to manage the life cycle of the product starting, therefore, from development, in collaboration with engineering; to market introduction, where it will support the sales force and marketing for customer promotion; up to the stage of maturity and decline, defining phase out, possible replacement and service strategies. The person specifically will mainly deal with the following activities : Carry out market analysis, competitor benchmarking Analysis of customer requests to define their technical feasibility and commercial validity Define product specifications, volumes and potential customers, target price Determine list prices based on the market price and production costs Collaborate with marketing and the commercial area for product promotion Analyze sales and market data and propose improvement actions Develop the product range based on market data and customer feedback Schedule and manage product training Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education_ Master Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Management or similar. Experience and know-how_ Deep knowledge of the hydraulic sector; experience of at least 2 / 3 years in the same sectors. Working Method_ You will work in a structured and reliable way with a great initiative and responsibility. Personality_ High level of teamwork; goal oriented person; good analytical and communication skills. Language_ Fluent Italian and English is required.
