In Italy, Aliaxis operates with more than 700 people and 5 production sites under brands such as FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industry and agriculture sectors.
We offer a role as Domestic Sales Area Manager for the north-east of Italy, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy. The candidate will design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base in the assigned area and will build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Visit clients for technical promotion of our products
* Manage sales of products for the different brands and promote our brand values
* Achieve the sales budget and related targets on pricing, overdue accounts, and collections
* Analyze and monitor competitor activities
* Develop specification actions for the market
* Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with targeted customers and stakeholders
* Take orders from clients
* Support and guide sales staff and agents assigned
* Follow driving rules and safety requirements
* Develop specific offers to satisfy clients by interfacing with our Technical Office
Qualifications and competencies
* Experience in Sales and client management; strong knowledge of the assigned area and customers
* Specific knowledge in the plastic sector is a plus
* Good knowledge of English
* Willingness to travel in the north-east of Italy
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive, analytical with a results-oriented mindset
* Customer-oriented approach with availability, courtesy and competence
