On behalf of an important Beverage Company, we are looking for a:National Account Manager Off TradeMain Responsibilities:Consolidate relationships with customers to become the reference partner and to prioritize PRI brands.Achieve PRI objectives through national customer management in terms of revenue, market share, and payments (comparing PRI and customer objectives, analyzing sales performance, managing stock, payments, DSO, deliveries, etc.).Negotiate and close national agreements with national retailers, including elements that contribute to sales turnover growth, while respecting qualitative and quantitative budget objective.Maintain constant communication with national retailers to ensure agreements made with the central organization are met at the retailer affiliates level, optimizing investments.Define business plans with customers to establish shared objectives and strategies for business development.Develop and implement mid-term business plans that include distribution, promotions, and visibility actions to incentivize sales growth.Consistently update Field Managers and KAMs on promotional activities.Monitor performance and objectives progression by customer, identifying corrective actions using available company tools (e.g., canvass terms, sales budget, tailor‐made promotions, POP materials, events, brand activations, marketing, and trade marketing projects.Perform outlet monitoring with a focus on distribution, visibility, and activation.Drive public pricing harmonization to ensure correct positioning in line with marketing and trade marketing principles.Manage the assigned budget in line with company guidelines on prices and promotions.Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of promotional activities, both sell‐in and sell‐out.Requirements:BA degree, preferably in Business Administration or similar.+5 years of experience in similar positions, negotiating large accounts in FMCG companies.Strong negotiation and influence skills and analytical thinking.Very good knowledge of P&L management.Advanced Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Professional English.Aegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) - Aegis Srl, AUT.
