We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to join our company in Romentino (Northern Italy). You will act as a liaison between our European sales team local management and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Work location: Romentino
Working hour: 40 hrs/week
**Tasks**:
- Develop new clients
- Taking care of existing clients
- Contact person for our clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Supervise sales account representatives
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Keep up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in **freight forwarding business (air/ocean)** is a must.(Hands-on experience with customer service and freight forwarding)
- Minimum 3 year - working experience as a Sales Manager or Account manager
- Must have an experience as a Sales person who acquired new customers.
- Have a wide range of Freight forwarding network
- Approachable, sociable
- An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English/Italian)
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
