Ph3E-Commerce Coordinator – DACH Market (Germany Focus) /h3 pJoin to apply for the bE-Commerce Coordinator – DACH Market (Germany Focus) /b role at bChaberton Professionals /b /p pChaberton Professionals, the division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management profiles for leading companies in their respective sectors, is looking for an: bE-Commerce Coordinator – DACH Market (Germany Focus) /b /p pbJob Summary /b /p pThe eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and driving the performance of the B2C website for the DACH region (Germany and Alps). The role requires a strong commercial mindset combined with a data-driven approach, with a clear focus on conversion rate optimization, pricing performance, catalog effectiveness, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate has proven experience working in structured and mature markets, with direct exposure to pricing strategies, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization processes, and has a solid background in CRO activities as well as experience on international markets, with a specific focus on the German market. This role plays a key part in influencing commercial decisions and driving online revenue growth through actionable insights and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbB2C Website Commercial Performance Management /b /p ul liManage and continuously optimize the B2C eCommerce website for the DACH region, ensuring product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate and aligned with commercial objectives. /li liOwn and actively drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), considered a central KPI of the role, working on user journeys, funnel performance, and customer behavior analysis to improve sales results and Net Trade Revenue (NTR). /li liMonitor and optimize pricing metrics and catalog performance, translating data insights into concrete commercial actions. /li /ul pbData-Driven Performance Analytics /b /p ul liMonitor, analyze, and interpret key eCommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, pricing performance, catalog metrics, traffic patterns, and customer behavioral indicators. /li liAdopt and promote a data‑driven approach to decision‑making, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and revenue growth. /li liTranslate data and insights into clear recommendations and executable actions for the business. /li liOptimize website content for SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content enhancements in line with DACH market specifics. /li liCollaborate closely with Media and CRM teams, actively contributing to the evaluation and optimization of digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media, PPC, and display campaigns. /li liActivate and manage campaigns with autonomy and a strong commercial vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. /li /ul pbCustomer Experience UX Optimization /b /p ul liEnhance the online customer experience by improving website usability, mobile optimization, and applying UX/UI best practices informed by behavioral data and performance analysis. /li liOptimize the online catalog through customer‑based and behavioral analysis to improve product visibility and conversion. /li /ul pbInventory, Promotions Operations /b /p ul liCoordinate with inventory and supply teams to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels for online sales. /li liExecute online promotions, discounts, and sales events to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue. /li /ul pbCross‑Functional Collaboration Leadership /b /p ul liWork closely with Markets, Trade Marketing, CRM, Brand, Human Channels, Martech/IT, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth execution. /li liCollaborate with Martech and IT teams, providing business and commercial input, while technical implementation is managed by the analytics and IT functions. /li liActively participate in cross‑functional and Trade Marketing meetings, confidently guiding discussions and influencing decisions rather than passively receiving inputs. /li /ul pbMarket Trend Awareness /b /p ul liStay up to date with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies, particularly within the European and DACH markets, to ensure continuous competitiveness and innovation. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field. /li liSolid CRO experience; /li liExperience gained in international markets; /li liStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce is a strong plus) and CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus). /li liSolid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles. /li liExperience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus) and strong confidence in data interpretation and KPI monitoring. /li liStrong commercial orientation with a results‑driven mindset. /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross‑functional and international teams. /li liFamiliarity with web design and UX/UI principles. /li liFluent in English; German is considered a strong plus. /li /ul pbExperience /b /p ul li5–7+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related roles within a global and structured organization. /li liProven experience working on mature and competitive markets, with direct exposure to pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization. /li liStrong familiarity with European eCommerce dynamics, with a particular focus on DACH market trends and best practices. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pAssociate /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job Function /h3 pMarketing /p h3Industries /h3 pMaritime Transportation /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
