Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report on regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including Account Executives and BDRs. Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement solutions in complex or urgent situations. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote collaboration, willing to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred. J-18808-Ljbffr
