Job Description
What You will be Doing:
- Supporting team members in managing real estate commercial operations for the Office Leasing Market;
- Preparing presentations (pitch, agency opinions, commercial analysis) and market reports;
- Keeping contacts with private and international Landlord;
- Management of reporting and asset promotion activities;
- Providing support in all stages of negotiations with Tenants;
- Maintenance and implementation of Colliers Italia relationship network with its partners and competitors.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 3/5 years in the agency field in the real estate industry with particular reference to the Office market;
- Degree in Economics (preference) or Engineering/Architecture. Master in Real Estate a plus;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis;.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong commercial attitude;
- Being self-motivated, goal driven and meet deadlines;
- Good and proactive attitude in problem solving and in achieving results;
