Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5‑star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key figure in the Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's signature dining outlet. With a passion for service and attention to detail, this role helps ensure that every guest experience is seamless, elegant, and unforgettable. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a hands‑on role in team supervision, service coordination, and guest interaction, contributing to the excellence and reputation of the restaurant and the hotel overall.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
- Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and a guest‑centric approach.
- Assist in staff scheduling, daily briefings, and team development, fostering a positive and high‑performing environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback or concerns, and ensure follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier team to ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences through personalized attention and elegant interaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal policies.
- Support inventory management, cost control, and ordering processes.
- Participate in training programs, performance reviews, and staff onboarding as needed.
- Promote a culture of excellence, discretion, and continuous improvement within the team.
