As a top-tier medical technology company in the healthcare industry, we focus on providing cutting-edge solutions and partnering with public and private-sector customers to understand their needs and improve patient lives.About The RoleAs a BIP Key Account Manager you will be responsible for achieving business objectives and developing a partnership relationship with clients in the assigned area (Hospital Pharmacists, Nurses, Risk managers and Clinicians). You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager BIP. You will analyze reference markets in terms of size, potential and market shares and study the organization and needs of the client, public and private, to identify main stakeholders and decision makers to introduce products in the Regional and/or Hospital Handbook. You will define an action plan aligned with strategic guidelines, priorities and territory potential, following targeted segmentation and customer targeting.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving assigned business objectives.Timely communicate deviations from targets and define corrective actions.Update monthly sales forecast and participate in yearly sales target definition.Ensure timely and effective scientific updating of the latest clinical evidence related to BIP products; propose products and services to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.Keep informed about competitor products, prices and services and share information with management and the team.Participate in local, national and international conferences.Manage relationships with area KOLs.Participate in meetings with colleagues, share experiences, and contribute to cross-divisional projects.Responsible for tender processes in the geographical area of responsibility.Submit quotations for approval in line with current strategy.Constantly update opportunities in SFDC.Support external partners (agencies and distributors) in promotional activities aligned to BU strategy.Support end users in training and educational activities, including operating room support, ensuring correct usage of BIP product solutions.Collaborate with local Product Manager and EU Marketing Team in planning and executing local activities.About YouScientific degree according to Italian policies that allow drugs promotionGood knowledge of EnglishAbility to transform products into solutionsKnowledge of healthcare, including diseases, treatments, and medical proceduresStrong focus on customers and their needsKnowledge of the Italian healthcare market, including competitor activity and trendsStrategies to grow volume and market shareAbility to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the fieldDemonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and industry KOLsAbility to manage multiple products/projectsUnderstand market dynamics and business practicesTrack record of developing relationships with consumers, customers and key stakeholdersDrive for resultsPlanning and priority-settingProblem solvingOpen to changePreferred location: east LombardyLocation & CompensationPrimary Work Location: ITA Milano - Via Enrico Cialdini.
