APM Monaco Store Manager

The brand's story began in 1982 when Ariane Prette founded it. In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewellery with cutting-edge designs while preserving Ariane's legacy.
Today, APM Monaco has over 400 of its own retail points around the world and plans to open new stores globally.
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new store in Forte Dei Marmi, Italy.
Sales Objectives
* Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and effective team management.
* Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies for growth.
* Establish individual performance objectives for sales consultants and provide regular feedback to improve their performance.
* Motivate team members to achieve high sales results and maintain a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales and revenue.
Customer Service Expectations
* Maintain the highest standards of customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Ensure that the sales team effectively communicates with customers, resolves their queries, and provides exceptional support.
* Manage customer complaints efficiently and make informed decisions in collaboration with sales advisors.
Operational Responsibilities
* Ensure the maintenance, presentation, and organization of the store to create an engaging atmosphere for customers.
* Adhere to payment procedures and monitor expenses to optimize financial performance.
* Oversee staff schedules, manage inventory levels, and train employees on POS system usage.
* Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and other stores within the company.
Visual Merchandising Standards
* Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with established guidelines.
* Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure accurate product ranges and timely restocking.
* Rapidly identify and report defective products to prevent stock damage.
* Communicate stock requirements effectively to avoid shortages and overstocking.
Human Resources Responsibilities
* Participate in the recruitment process, develop training programs, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
* Evaluate each staff member's performance, provide constructive feedback, and help resolve HR-related issues.
* Support the development of a professional image and maintain high standards that reflect the brand's values.
