Ph3The opportunity /h3 pYou will play a pivotal role from day one in launching our luxury Smart Glasses, a groundbreaking, category-defining project in which technology meets the highest level of design excellence. /p pYou will have global responsibility to orchestrate seamless brand management execution across Marketing, Communication, Product, and Sales teams, shaping strategic direction both cross-functionally and in collaboration with one of the world’s leading Big Tech companies. /p pYou will bring a strong expertise in wearables, technology, brand strategy, and design. /p pYou possess a global mindset and a passion for creativity and innovation, generating ideas and solutions that drive growth and create impact. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 ul liLead the Smart Glasses category strategy balancing cutting-edge technological innovation and brand identity. /li liInterpret emerging market trends in wearable technology, AI integration, and digital lifestyle, translating these insights into strategic opportunities and innovative consumer-focused brand experiences. /li liTranslate deep consumer understanding and market analysis into high-impact marketing initiatives that drive category adoption and deliver tangible business results. /li liChampion the brand narrative by crafting a compelling brand story around the technology, ensuring strict adherence to the brand's established identity and codes. /li liDrive the Smart Glasses collection plan in collaboration with the Design team, integrating consumer analysis, technological insights, design trends, and brand objectives, into a cohesive product roadmap. /li liDefine the pricing strategy, ensuring consistency with the brand image and market positioning. /li liDevelop the comprehensive marketing plan and budget, setting goals and activating them across all levers. /li liDefine and execute an integrated omnichannel go-to-market strategy, working in close collaboration with Business Development and the Commercial teams. /li liBe a smart team leader. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field. /li li7+ years in tech driven brand, product or marketing role, within wearables, consumer electronics, smart health, IoT. Additional fashion / luxury expertise will be a plus. /li liStrong passion for technology, wearables, AI, and digital experiences. /li liExplorer and innovator mindset : curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive. /li liRefined aesthetic sensitivity, with a passion for luxury and fashion. /li liOutstanding communication and excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment. /li liFluency in English and Italian.
