HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE 3-5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in an e-commerce or digital product environment. A proven Focus on Frontend Development: JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices. React (plus Redux or Context API) and component-based frontend architecture. HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and responsive design principles. REST APIs and async data handling (e.g. Axios, Fetch). Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jira or Confluence. Backend development with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks. A strong product mindset – you care about the user and the impact of your work. Solid communication skills in English (German is a plus, but not required). A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn, support others, and grow together. Nice To Have Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other enterprise platforms. Familiarity with headless CMS (e.g. Contentful). Server-side rendering (e.g. Next.js) or microfrontend approaches. Testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization.
