As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager, you will create conditions that make the work environment not only efficient but also attentive to staff wellbeing. Your priorities will include managing and training a highly experienced team of technicians to ensure equipment reliability.

* Assist colleagues in ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
* Implement European network standards, plan preventive maintenance interventions, and ensure technical tools are available.
* Collaborate with colleagues in data collection and analysis to improve processes.
* Develop and contribute to projects both on-site and network-wide.
* Lead, support, and train your team to foster professional growth.
A day in the life
Your work will be based at one of our sites, allowing you to provide practical guidance to the team and maintain control of the situation. This involves collecting data and solving problems in highly dynamic contexts. You will also have the opportunity to define operational plans that increase productivity and efficiency at your site. For example, you might create new projects that lead to comprehensive improvements, from operational processes to equipment maintenance. Besides safety, your priorities will include leading your team and managing their performance and professional development, organizing additional training sessions as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma.
* Extensive experience managing a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment, responsible for a wide range of complex business processes.
* Significant experience managing people within engineering teams.
* Proven ability in stakeholder management, including third-party suppliers.
* Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and good command of Italian.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Technical degree.
* Experience with regulatory compliance, such as safety audits and machine safety protocols.
* Experience with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sorting systems, and conveyors.
* Experience using data analysis tools and PLC-based control systems.
* Experience with project management or procedures like Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
* Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
