In this role you drive commercial performance across On Trade outlets, wholesalers and wine shops within a defined area. You will develop joint business plans to grow market share and brand value, while managing day-to-day sales activities and back-office support. You'll optimize distribution, visibility and pricing, and provide market insights to inform strategy. Manage commercial activities across wholesalers, On Trade outlets, and wine shops within a defined area
Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive growth
Drive sell-out, optimize distribution and in-store visibility
Identify and onboard new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships
Negotiate, implement, and monitor commercial agreements for optimal assortment and rotation
Execute pricing strategies and monitor competitor dynamics
Analyze market trends and share insights for strategic decisions
Support sales forecasting, order management, and back-office processes
Maintain accurate reporting on field activities, visits, and performance
Responsabilità
2+ years of FMCG experience in a similar role
Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Digital savviness with xrdbqlu familiarity in social media
Results-oriented and collaborative with solid market knowledge
Experience in planning and executing promotions
Good P&L; understanding
Excellent communication
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian; English a plus
