BARISTA - Full Time – Iper La grande i, Milano Portello (MI)
Company Overview: Iper La grande i is an Italian company operating in the retail sector with more than 20 hypermarkets nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated Barista for our store in Milano Portello.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of cold and hot dishes according to the food‑court recipes.
* Cooking of items such as sandwiches, pizzas, first courses and second courses.
* Management of the service counter, ensuring order and cleanliness.
* Packaging of takeaway products.
* Customer service with courtesy and professionalism.
* Compliance with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
* Cleaning of workstations and equipment.
Requirements
* Barista skills for preparing coffee, cappuccinos, espressos and other beverages.
* Ability to operate various equipment such as ovens, microwaves, griddles and fryers.
* Knowledge of allergens and food intolerances.
* Comfort with public contact and stress‑management.
* Previous experience as a food‑service assistant or similar role is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and customer‑relation skills.
* Capability to work autonomously and in a team.
* Customer‑orientation and problem‑solving aptitude.
* Availability to work on flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
