We boldly go. Company Thermocold Distribution S.r.l. is located in Bari, part of Trane Technologies since 2017, and specializes in designing, producing, and distributing chillers and heat pumps. Job Summary Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Equipment sales process. Own and manage P&L for the assigned region. Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure achievement of volume, gross margin, profit, product mix, and market share targets. Set sales targets for agents, monitor monthly performance, and support actions to meet targets. Manage bookings and sales forecasts, aiming for 10% accuracy. Enhance sales force effectiveness among agents. Increase business profitability through process management, pipeline development, and active customer engagement. Maintain updated CRM project data metrics. Gather market intelligence on HVAC investments and drive agent activities. Improve agent satisfaction and retention through relationship management. Acquire new agents and increase market penetration. Develop relationships with C-level executives within agent organizations. Create and implement marketing strategies for equipment. Support agent training and coaching to expand their customer base and installed base. Manage credit issues related to sales. Ensure effective communication with support teams and factories. Collaborate with support centers to optimize solutions and opportunities. Comply with company policies, processes, and ethical standards. Manage sales contracts in line with legal and company guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Education Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential). Degree in sales & marketing (desirable). Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Windows. Mechanical and electrical skills (essential); electronic skills are a plus. Native or near-native Italian; intermediate English (essential); fluent English and other European languages (desirable).
