Required Skills / Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations. Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks are a plus. Strong data analysis skills to analyze industry trends, project management through data, and summarize conclusions. Market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
