You will ensure a robust analytical base for strategic decisions, designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the organization's products. You will use specific marketing strategies and channels to launch and position products, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal sales and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will enjoy a coaching style with your team, as well delivering operationally as part of position. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategy: Responsible for development of Brand Strategies, value proposition and marketing plans ensuring the tactical executions of the plan in Italy, consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to improve or create new marketing programs. /li liDrive the strategic and brand planning processes for CSL Seqirus portfolio. /li liSet brand objectives for CSL Seqirus products that will help achieve overall business objectives. /li liDevelop communications strategy and cross‑functional activity plan for target segments / customers. /li liLead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy‑clearance committees, ensure full compliance as outlined by the CSL Seqirus SOP on promotional materials. /li liManage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy. /li liDrive congress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc. /li liMonitor short and long‑term market trends that impact brand and continuously identify opportunities and gaps to feed into the strategic and tactical brand plans. /li liDevelop KPIs and measure impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectives. /li liEnsure the best SoV of CSL Seqirus among the Digital Ecosystems. /li liGrowth Delivery: Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by partnering with the sales team at national/regional/local level. /li liSupport the implementation of strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presence. /li liDevelop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and other groups influencing the health system. /li liSupport Customer Service and Tender Team to capture customer feedback and/or requests, and respond to them in a timely manner. /li liMonitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is consistent with brand promise. /li liDrive setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM to streamline marketing and field activities. /li liPerform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, as needed. /li liMonitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as needed. /li liDevelop implement the Digital Transformation in CSL Seqirus Italy. /li liPartner with Medical Affairs, Regional and National Access KAMs Team to ensure business objective alignment. /li liSupport the development and execution of portfolio‑based programs. /li liEnsure the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional team to deliver Strategic Plan. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional team to deliver regional plans. /li liSupport other cross‑functional portfolio related activities. /li liCoordinate with Demand Planning the product supply and set accurate rolling forecasts. /li liMonitor inventory during the sales season. /li liCoordinate with Regulatory Affairs the in‑country batch release process. /li liSupport Customer Service and Tender Office for any product‑related need. /li liDeliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management, the sales force, and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed. /li liSupport all aspects of promotional expenses management and ensure the budget compliance. /li liEnsure compliance to Procurement policies of external agencies. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing. /li liMBA a plus. /li liEnglish proficiency. /li li10 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience mostly in commercial roles. /li liKnowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations. /li liExperienced in leading and managing teams. /li liExperienced in successful product launches. /li liExperience in Vaccine Market will be a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pCSL Seqirus is committed to attracting and retaining world‑class employees who are valued for their contributions to achieving business objectives.
