We are seeking a Chef de Partie Tournant to join our kitchen brigade in a Luxury 5-Star Hotel .
This is a highly operational and versatile role, ideal for a strong culinary professional able to support and replace station chefs across all kitchen sections. The Tournant is a key point of reference during peak operations, combining technical expertise, adaptability, and leadership to uphold the highest culinary standards.
Culinary Operations & Quality
Work across all kitchen sections as required (hot, cold, pastry, banqueting, breakfast)
Ensure consistency in food preparation, plating, timing, and presentation
Ensure full compliance with recipes, portioning, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Respond promptly to service feedback in collaboration with the Sous Chef
Apply portion control and waste reduction practices
Promote sustainable practices and responsible use of seasonal products
Act as a role model for junior team members (Commis, Apprentices)
Support training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing across sections
Encourage teamwork, communication, and a positive kitchen culture
Contribute ideas during menu development and seasonal rotations
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef across all operations
Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in quality or luxury kitchens
High technical versatility with solid knowledge across multiple kitchen sections
