For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:
A worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.
The position is part of the Serv Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.
The main tasks will be:
* Responsible for implementing & developing sales objectives and strategies of SERV in Italy
* Establish smooth sales working standards and procedures according to BC requirements as well as customers’ requirements
* Oriented to sales to achieve the BC agreed sales budget for the country and for the Region
* Marketing activities with EPC, End Customer, Licensee
* Identification of market drives and opportunities
* Identification of competitors
* Evaluation of customer operating conditions and customer specifications
* Identification of the required scope of supply
* Arrangement of the technical documentation needed to describe the offered scope
Candidate Profile:
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressors)
* Full understanding of maintenance/repair jobs
* Knowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system
* English - business fluent and contractual level in both oral and written communication

* Basic understanding of customer's resources in industrial B2B markets (Petrochemical, Refinery industry, shipyards, and others)

* Previous employment in a reciprocating compressor company is a plus
